Experience

I have been interested in web design and development since I was first taught HTML in 2010, and have continued to develop my skills ever since, learning the intricacies of the latest standards and frameworks in order to ensure that my knowledge remains relevant and up to date. I am proficient in the use of both client and server side languages, and am familiar with a mumber of popular frameworks for both PHP and JavaScript. I am also familiar with a number of Content Management Systems, having worked on sites using Joomla, Concrete5, and Wordpress.

I registered my first domain, danielcrossley.com, in 2013, and in the years since have set up enough sites to make my annual domain renewal bill a horrifying sight on my bank statement. Feel free to take a look at my portfolio to see some of the sites I've built over the past couple of years.

I continue to be self employed, building websites and providing tech support to local businesses, but also providing regular tech support to a local charity, and working in a full-time web development position since completing university.
